Step 2: enable webserver
Step 3: enable virtual host, add "wordpress" folder
Step 4: add database "wordpress" in phpmyadmin, set login name and pass, like "root" and "root"
Step 5: upload wordpress folder to "wordpress" folder on nas, rename file "wp-config-temple.php" as "wp-config.php", open it with txt editer, modify the default login name and pass like the data in database "wordpress".
Done.
install plugs and themes:
FTP username and pass: same as the database "wordpress"'s
